What you’ll be doing: As a Senior Care Assistant in a Greensleeves Care Home, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy Manager. You can also expect to complete supervisions and appraisals, administer medication, carry out assessments and care plans.
What you’ll need: You should have a RQF diploma in Social Care Level 3 (or equivalent) with previous experience in providing care at a similar level. We encourage applications from candidates from a similar back ground
