Senior Day Care Assistant

An opportunity has opened for an experienced Senior Care assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be provided with a comprehensive induction and training opportunities.

Will have Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) diploma in social care level 3.

Have an understanding of the needs of residents, proven ability, experience in safe administration of medication,  an understanding of the importance of confidentiality and providing care.

Able to provide personal care in a dignified manner, train others on care duties, and strong communication skills,  Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep accurate records and maintain paperwork to a high standard. Awareness on how to use digital care systems.

Be able to approach work with a flexible attitude, open to taking on new challenges

The shifts would be on a pro rata basis to include alternate weekends
