Greensleeves Care Awards
Every day throughout the year our colleagues across all of our home as well as the Head Office team live and breathe our values. This is most obviously demonstrated at the annual Greensleeves Care Awards. We all come together to celebrate and to acknowledge the great care our care homes provide.
Our care home teams see the Greensleeves Care Awards as a chance to shine and celebrate excellence in what they do every day. It is a very special time where people are delighted for their colleagues even if they themselves have not won an award.
The annual event gives a chance to recognise the hard work and dedication that takes place behind the scenes at our homes. Whether it is a unique way of interacting with residents, making them feel very special and anticipating their emotional and physical needs, or whether it is designing a beautiful care home garden where the residents enjoy spending time, the charity recognises this excellence through its programme of awards.
